Frequently asked questions

How will I know when my order is ready?

Notification emails will be sent to the registered email address with progress updates and a collection email when your oder is ready

Can I make a payment via EFT?

We highly recommend making payment via PayFast, as it is much faster. You can however still make an EFT payment. But will delay your order slightly. Please contact your outlet for their banking details

How can I switch to a different outlet?

Please send a transfer request to your current outlet with instructions

When will my order be ready?

Our lead-time is 3-5 working days for orders placed online

Do you have a 24-hour turnaround service?

Flyerlab does not offer a 24hour turnaround service a we do not think perfection should be rushed. We give the attention you order deserves due to sufficient production line to produce a quality product we need the days indicated on lead time for processing.

Terms of a Re-Print

Once it has been established that a re-print is warranted, due to a production mistake on our side, the following applies:

The reprint cannot be refunded in the form of credit or money.
The reprint cannot be redeemed towards other products on our website.
Only the artwork that was used on the original order will be used for the re-print. Artwork with adjustments, or new artwork altogether, will not be accepted.
